Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, but in general:

Physical Product Refund/Return info:

• Refunds are only given for products that are still in a new and unused condition.
• Refunds will only be issued if products are returned within 30 days of purchase date.

Please contact us if your river guide was damaged when you received it.
